We are bringing our racquet game for this Pickleball inspired strength + cardio workout. Plus, we actually get to play Pickleball as well! 

This will be a fun and engaging workout that does not require any previous pickleball experience. Just play and have fun! 👏

A few details:
    1. Wear workout clothes and workout shoes.  
    2. Bring a water bottle - sports drinks and protein shakes are available for purchase 
    3. Paddles will be provided 
    4. Arrive 20 minutes early to receive instructions 
    5. There are changing rooms and shower in the facility. 
    6. Lastly, there’s a bar, so stick around for a drink if you can 😃
