The Better Days Foundation and Rachel Farmer Wellness are joining forces at the Plunge Beach Resort for a fun day of yoga, market vendors, and music on the beach! It is the ultimate beach day experience you've been looking for!

The yoga will be a 60 minute, all-levels-friendly flow on the beach. There are two options for the class: 11 am or 4:30 pm (sunset). This is the 11 am option. The market runs from 11- sun down. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature and support a great cause.
