Join Brookelin Barnhill at PVOLVE Denver for a breathwork and sound healing session on December 10th at 6pm. Conscious Connected Breathing, or Circular Breathwork is designed to help release trapped emotion and stuck energy. During this inner journey to music, you will be guided through an active breathing session and then will rest to the sweet sounds of the sound bowls. PREP & PLEASE BRING:
-come with an empty belly (you may eat 1- 2 hours before the session)
-eye pillow, or something to cover your eyes
-journal & pen
-blanket or 2, some people like to lay on one and then have one as a cover
-wear comfy clothes and bring layers
-if you drink electrolytes it can be helpful to drink one an hour before our session
