Join our local lululemon ambassador, **Coach Caro** for another high-energy, rhythm-based HIIT workout on **Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 AM** inside **lululemon Mall at Millenia**.



This 45-minute class blends strength, cardio, and mini-band work, all synced to a curated playlist designed to keep you moving with intention and confidence. Expect a workout that challenges your body, lifts your mood, and reminds you just how capable you are.

Voluntary Participation I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity and assume all risks, known or unknown, related to my participation. 3. Medical Disclaimer This fitness class is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the movement, and inform the instructor. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this class. 4. Photo & Video Release I grant permission to Move to the Beat and Wear the Damn Shorts, LLC to use photos, videos, or recordings taken during the class for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes, unless I opt out in writing prior to the event. 5.
