Exciting news! Fundamental Milestones is hosting a MOTHER Mommy & Me Pilates pop-up.

Join us for a 45-minute, low-impact mat Pilates class designed to help moms move, rebuild strength, and connect—all while keeping their little ones close. Babies and toddlers can play beside you, join in on the movement, or be worn in a baby carrier.

For this special class, children under 3 are welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat and anything your little one may need. A baby carrier is optional but encouraged if your baby enjoys being worn.
