Between plunges, you’ll have time to enjoy our **hot water hydrotherapy** and **sauna**, creating a gentle balance of cold and heat.

The full session lasts **up to 40 minutes**, giving you space to explore the benefits of cold and heat exposure in a way that feels manageable and restorative.

By purchasing or reserving a class, session, or visit through SweatPals for Optimyze Wellness Centers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that cold-water immersion, hot-water immersion, sauna use, and related wellness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Sudden changes in heart rate or blood pressure

Dizziness, fainting, or loss of consciousness

Muscle cramps or physical discomfort

Slips or falls on wet surfaces

Aggravation of existing medical conditions

By completing my purchase, I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

2. Health Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and that I have either consulted a healthcare professional or chosen to participate at my own discretion. I understand that these activities may not be suitable for individuals with cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, blood pressure concerns, pregnancy, or other medical conditions.

Avoid participation under the influence of alcohol or substances

Stay hydrated and monitor my physical condition

Report any unsafe conditions to staff

I understand that failure to follow guidelines increases risk of injury.

5. Personal Belongings
I acknowledge that SweatPals and Optimyze Wellness Centers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

6. Media Use (Optional)
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during sessions. I may opt out by notifying staff at check‑in.

7. Acceptance of Terms
I understand that my purchase or reservation of a class constitutes my full acceptance of this waiver and release of liability, and that no physical signature is required.
