Join **BalancedAF Wellness** and **InvolvHer** for a **FREE Pilates in the Park** experience created exclusively for girls ages **13–18**.



Whether you've never tried Pilates before or you're ready to move your body in a new way, this beginner-friendly class is all about building confidence, having fun, and connecting with other amazing girls in the community.&#x20;



Come ready to laugh, move, and leave feeling stronger—inside and out.



**About InvolvHer**
InvolvHer is a Durham-based nonprofit organization that empowers teen girls through mentorship, leadership development, civic engagement, and life-enriching experiences, equipping them with the confidence and skills to become leaders in their communities.

By registering for and attending **Pilates in the Park**, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Pilates, stretching, and other fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, overexertion, and other injuries that may occur during physical activity.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.

I certify that I (or my child) am physically able to participate in the activities offered and understand that participation is voluntary. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility (or my child's responsibility) to monitor physical condition throughout the event and stop participation if discomfort, pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms occur.

I understand that this event is held outdoors at Durham Central Park and that outdoor conditions may include uneven pavement or grass, weather changes, insects, pollen, heat, and other natural environmental conditions. I voluntarily assume these environmental risks.

I release and hold harmless **BalancedAF Wellness, InvolvHer, Durham Central Park, their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, instructors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates** from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in this event, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that emergency medical treatment will be sought if deemed necessary, and I accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

I grant permission to BalancedAF Wellness and InvolvHer to photograph and/or record me (or my child) during the event and to use such photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

**Participants under the age of 18 must have this waiver completed and acknowledged by a parent or legal guardian.** By completing registration, the parent or legal guardian affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor participant.

By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
