FREE fitness classes select Mondays through the summer at Gallagher Way. Classes guided by skilled local instructors & local studio partners in the city of Chicago. STRENGTH IN THE CITY serves as a hub for local resources, fostering your mental, physical, and social well-being.
All donations go back to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation to bring health and wellness to underserved communities. This year our main partner is SOS Children's Villages of Illinois offering mental and physical resources to families and staff.
Every week, Contrast will be bringing out cold plunge tubs for participants to get into. Bring a change of clothes and a towel if you're interested in plunging!
Monday, September 23rd, STRENGTH & Flow by STRENGTH IN THE CITY Cassandra Proctor & Jackie Athanas. This class is a combination of mobility and yoga flow seamlessly mixed with strength training.

Notes:
-arrive a few minutes early to allow time to check in with on-site personnel upon arrival.
-bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel if needed.
