Join us on October 17th at 10 AM at The House on for a cozy, welcoming morning of Pilates designed with mamas in mind. Whether you’re postpartum, pregnant, or simply looking for a fun way to move with your little one, you’re welcome here. ✨

This is a safe, judgment-free space where your mini can wiggle, crawl, play, snack, or hang out while you move. Baby-wearing is welcome, and you’re encouraged to bring your mat, stroller, and anything else your little one may need to feel comfortable!

After class, stick around to shop at the House on Lang and make a morning of it with Noma Matcha and Rollin Bunz cinnamon rolls! 🍵🥐
