STRONGER TOGETHER FESTIVAL DENVER 

Soleful Sunday by Sphere + STRENGTH IN THE CITY.

Join us as communities come together to move, recover, connect and play the last Sunday of each month. 

Different workouts/instructors will be featured each month, you can come to all of them or none at all and just hang out. Tickets are for classes - vendor area is free to enter!

8:00am run with East Austin Run Club
9:00am High Intensity workout on the AllInFit Truk
10:00am Yoga Class led by Nikki Norenberg
11:00pm Soccer with Sphere 

Proceeds will benefit Sphere and STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation which is bringing health and wellness to underserved communities.

STRENGTH IN THE CITY x Myo Massage are coming together to host a clean the streets walk. After the walk we will come together to celebrate the good we've done as a community with complimentary bites and beverages and even some free chair massages from Myo Massage Therapists. For all who register in advance and participate, you will receive a chance to win raffle prizes and end your week knowing you just did GOOD for your community.

TIPS - Clean The Street
-Bring your own gloves if you have them.

-ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED

Keep Austin Beautiful will be providing the supplies needed for the event. Another waiver will be sent out the day prior to the clean up that needs to be signed by all attending for KAB.

About STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation
STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF) is a 501(c)(3) organization. Programs created by SITCF will have an emphasis on bringing health + wellness to the community and protecting the environment.

***The walk will be canceled only in the event of severely inclement weather. We will monitor the weather, and make the decision two hours prior to the project***

Join Cool Down Running to for a 5k at 8 am through Rino on June 1st. This run is free to join and will kick off our Stronger Together Festival!
