* Join us for **Summer of Soul**, a pilates experience with Jo Sterling.&#x20;
  * Come celebrate summer and the last Sunday of Caribbean Heritage Month with the joyful sounds of the islands and a pilates flow meant to strengthen the body and light up the soul!
  * Jo (she/her) is a movement artist, yoga teacher and pilates instructor who specializes in teaching beginner pole dance in New York City. Her teaching blends strength and fluidity while drawing inspiration from both somatic movement practices and the rhythm and expressive nature of Caribbean dance culture. Her pilates flows center pranayama (breath-work), weaving grounding postures with joyful sequences designed to feel both sensual and empowering. With a focus on movement that feels fresh and functional, Jo creates welcoming spaces where all movers can connect to their bodies and move with intention.
