9D Breathwork: Abundance & Self-Trust

This immersive 9D Breathwork experience explores the self-doubt, limiting beliefs and old stories that can keep us playing small. Through breath, sound and guided reflection, we'll create space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, build self-trust and explore what abundance means to you.

 

9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-sensory experience combining conscious connected breathing with headphones, layered sound, guided coaching and somatic practices.

 

This experience takes place inside Innergy's light-therapy wellness space, creating an intentionally supportive environment while you breathe, rest and receive.

 

You don't need to be good at meditation and you don't need any previous breathwork experience. Everything is invitational and you remain in choice throughout the experience.

What to bring: A yoga mat, small pillow or towel for under your head, blanket, water and anything you'd like for comfort while lying down. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely.
