Join us for a unique cycling adventure hosted by **AEWO Collective**. Riders will navigate from location to location, unlocking their next stop only after solving a riddle or puzzle at each checkpoint. The suggested route keeps riders safer and minimizes time on busy roads, but all participants must remain alert—no roads will be closed. The route is a loop and will start and end at Upslope Brewing in east Boulder, CO. Helmets and lights are required, and riders are expected to remain sober and responsible throughout the event. This ride is equal parts brains, legs, and fun!

Prizes will be given out for first to finish, best costume, and more!

Cycling

Assumption of Risk:
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree that bicycling is an inherently risky activity. Risks include, but are not limited to: falls, collisions with vehicles, collisions with other riders or objects, equipment failure, variable weather, surface conditions, navigation errors, and risks associated with solving event-related riddles or puzzles while riding or at event locations. I understand and voluntarily accept full responsibility for these risks.

Safety Requirements:

I agree to wear a helmet at all times while riding.

I agree to use front and rear lights while riding.

I agree to follow the suggested event route to minimize time on roads.

I understand that no roads will be closed and I am fully responsible for obeying all traffic laws, signs, and signals.

I will not engage in reckless or unsafe behavior that endangers myself or others.

I agree that I will not consume alcohol or any substance that could impair my ability to ride safely before or during the event.

Release of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cub Creates LLC d/b/a AEWO Collective, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, disability, death, or loss of property that I may suffer while participating in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Authorization:
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for any associated costs.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:
I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Event Organizers.
