ALCHEMY OF SELF: Creative Healing Workshop with Maye

Join us for a meaningful evening of creativity, reflection, and connection, inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold.

 

During this guided creative experience, you’ll create a Kintsugi-inspired heart on canvas, illuminating its cracks with gold.

 

Through movement, reflection, and creativity, we’ll explore the possibility that healing is not about hiding what we have lived through, but honoring it and recognizing the strength and wisdom that emerged from it.

 

The experience includes:

• Grounding Yin Yoga
• Guided reflection and journaling
• Kintsugi-inspired heart-making experience
• Closing sound meditation for integration

All materials will be provided.
