Britney is a seasoned instructor, dedicated to creating classes that nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She developed her deep knowledge and passion for Pilates through years of study and practice. In addition to Pilates, Britney holds certifications in Yoga and Barre and has a background in dance. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many spaces throughout New England, Life Time Fitness, Down Under School of Yoga, Soma Yoga + many more. Understanding that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating, Britney takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all. She loves meeting new faces and is passionate about empowering her students to build confidence and embrace their unique fitness journeys.
