'Goddess, Rise' is here to offer a taste of something real; A soft place to land, re-access to your own creative portal and permission to exist freely and authentically as YOU 🪷

<u>What to Expect:</u>&#x20;

5:30-6:10pm -- ARRIVE. Women will be given a flower to co-create a mandala as a way to break the ice and work together creatively

6:20pm -- Begin Cacao circle where we give gratitude and set intentions.&#x20;

*Why Cacao?*

Cacao is a vasodilator, meaning it increases blood flow to the heart, activates the parasympathetic nervous system and brings a natural sense of warmth and calm. Making it a true heart-opener 🫀

6:30pm -- Begin 'Release & Rebirth' yoga flow with @zentheyogi. No experience necessary! Movement will be strong, grounded, and centered around breath-work (pranayama) to get out of our heads and into our body.

7:20pm -- Begin 20+ minute Sound bath journey where you can opt-in for hands-on mini massages to aid your relaxation journey (performed by Adriana, LMT) \*Sound tools include and not limited to; crystal bowls, chimes, rain stick, tuning forks.

7:50pm -- Closing circle. Women are encouraged to speak from the heart.

<u>Suggested dress code:</u> RED. Fire themed for the blood moon.&#x20;

\*Feel free to arrive early to get comfortable with the space or meet your hosts \<3 We will begin at around 6pm.

Ticket policy:&#x20;

If you purchase a ticket and later can't make it, you will be honored entrance at a future Goddess gathering 💜
