Due to high demand and our goal of giving all guests the chance to participate, each ticket includes access to one class only. If you’d like to attend multiple classes, you’ll need to purchase a ticket for each individual class.

AltSocial takes place outdoors in Florida’s summer heat, and the combination of caffeine, exercise, saunas, and cold plunges may increase the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion, or fainting—please hydrate in the days leading up to the event, eat beforehand, listen to your body, and understand that participation is at your own risk; AltSocial and its partners are not liable for any adverse health events.

All Sales are final.  No refunds. Event goes on ran or shine.&#x20;

In the event of a cancellation due to any such force majeure, **no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.** Instead, you will receive **credit toward a future AltSocial event.** This credit may be applied to a future event date of Alt Social Wellness Club LLC’s choosing and does **not** guarantee entry to the next scheduled event.

ALT SOCIAL WELLNESS CLUB LLC — EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that this event includes a range of wellness, fitness, and recovery activities, which may include but are not limited to:
Cold plunges (exposure to freezing water)
Sauna use (exposure to high heat)
Group exercise classes such as mat Pilates, spin, stretching, strength training, HIIT, mobility work, bodyweight exercises, and functional training
Biohacking and recovery services, including leg compression boots, Theragun/percussive therapy, infrared or red light therapy, chiropractic stretching or adjustments
Health and wellness treatments, including but not limited to B12 shots, Botox injections, and other wellness injections administered by licensed third-party providers
Food and beverages provided on-site, including samples from third-party vendors
I acknowledge that participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: injury, illness, burns, allergic reactions, muscle strain, cardiac events, skin sensitivity, fainting, dehydration, nerve damage, or other adverse health effects. I voluntarily assume all such risks and take full responsibility for my participation.

2. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge the following parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or demands, including those arising from negligence:
Alt Social Wellness Club LLC
The Acre Orlando
Team Market Group
All event staff, instructors, therapists, clinicians, vendors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated partners
This release applies to any injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the event or resulting from participation in any of the above-listed activities or services.

3. FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION

I understand that I am solely responsible for the food and beverages I choose to consume during the event, including those provided by third-party vendors. I release all listed parties from any liability associated with foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or sensitivities.

4. VENDOR & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

I acknowledge that certain services and offerings at this event—including but not limited to Botox injections, red light therapy, chiropractic care, compression therapy, stretching, product sampling, and other wellness, fitness, or promotional services—are administered, operated, or distributed by independent third-party vendors. I understand that these vendors operate separately and independently from Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, The Acre Orlando, and Team Market Group.
I voluntarily choose to engage with these third-party vendors at my own discretion and risk. I acknowledge and agree that Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, The Acre Orlando, and Team Market Group do not supervise, endorse, warrant, or assume any responsibility for the actions, services, advice, procedures, treatments, or products offered by third-party vendors.
I release and hold harmless all of the above parties from any liability, injury, illness, loss, or damage that may result from my interactions with any vendor, or from the use or consumption of any product, treatment, or service they provide.

5. NO MINORS

I acknowledge that this is an 18+ event and agree that no individuals under the age of 18 will be permitted under any circumstance.

6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Alt Social event staff or on-site medical professionals to obtain emergency treatment on my behalf. I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical care or transportation.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Alt Social Wellness Club LLC and its affiliates full, unrestricted permission to capture and use my image, likeness, and voice in any media or promotional materials created during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, social media posts, and advertising content, in perpetuity and without compensation.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, The Acre Orlando, Team Market Group, and all associated vendors, sponsors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities brought as a result of my participation in the event.

9. EVENT CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & FORCE MAJEURE

I acknowledge and agree that this is a rain-or-shine event. The event will proceed as scheduled regardless of typical weather conditions, including rain or heat.
Alt Social Wellness Club LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event in the case of extraordinary circumstances beyond its control. These include but are not limited to: natural disasters, hurricanes, extreme weather events, acts of God, government orders or mandates, public safety concerns, epidemics, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
In the event of a cancellation due to any such force majeure, I understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, I will receive credit toward a future AltSocial event. This credit may be applied to a future event date of Alt Social Wellness Club LLC’s choosing and does not guarantee entry to the next scheduled event.

Force Majeure Clause:
Alt Social Wellness Club LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, or any other similar unforeseeable event.


SWTHZ TITLE SPONSOR WAIVER

LS Franchisor LLC and its affiliates and franchisees (collectively, the “SWTHZ Parties”) are offering the opportunity to experience a cold plunge session (the “Service”). You have requested to participate in the Service and are willing to do so at your own risk and to release the SWTHZ Parties from any associated liability.

You agree to follow all posted, verbal, or other rules, warnings and instructions or directions given by the SWTHZ Parties in connection with the Service.

ACCEPTANCE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
You acknowledge that some risks are unknown and highly dependent on your unique physical and medical condition. The Service can be dangerous and physically strenuous. The Service involves inherent and foreseeable risks which vary depending on the circumstances ranging from minor injuries to major and catastrophic injuries, including but not limited to heart failure, loss of consciousness, and stroke. The SWTHZ Parties do not provide health or medical advice or emergency medical treatment. It is your sole responsibility to conduct your own due diligence regarding your participation in the Service and the associated risks and hazards. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for consulting with a physician or health professional prior to and regarding your participation in the Service and you will not participate if doing so goes against the medical advice of your physician or health professional.

YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, RELATED TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICE.

"Further, you represent to the SWTHZ Parties that: you have no medical, psychological, or other health conditions (including pregnancy) that would indicate that you should not participate in the Service; you understand that the Service could cause serious injury, which may include temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or severe social or economic losses, which risks may not be known or reasonably foreseeable; you have carefully read this Agreement, have had the opportunity to ask questions and obtain information to your satisfaction before participating in the Service; and you understand that, by signing this Agreement and participating in the Service, you are waiving important legal rights you may have against the SWTHZ Parties and their respective staffs, including the right to sue them.

RELEASE OF CLAIMS
You release each SWTHZ Party and each of their respective past, present and future successors, assigns, directors, officers, owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and other personnel (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, liabilities, and expenses of every kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), whether known or unknown and whether or not foreseeable, including, without limitation, those for or relating to economic loss, property damage, and/or personal, bodily or mental injury (including loss of life) that in any way relates to, results from, or arises out of your participation in the Service (each a “Claim”). This release applies to any Claim for property damage, bodily injury, or death, even if caused by our or your negligence; provided, however, that the provisions of this paragraph will not operate to release any Released Parties from their own gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or recklessness. In addition to (and not in limitation of) the above release, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no Released Parties will be liable to you under any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to defend and indemnify the Released Parties from and against any and all Claims that in any way relate to, result from, or arise out of your participation in the Service.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Governing Law; Waiver of Class Actions, Jury Trials. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your participation in the Service shall be governed by Georgia law without regard to choice of law or conflicts of law principles. You waive your right to consolidate your claims with any others and to proceed as a member of a class in a class action proceeding. You waive your right to trial by jury.

Photography / Videography. In connection with the Service, you consent to be photographed and/or videotaped by the SWTHZ Parties and their respective affiliates and authorized representatives). You further consent to the use of your identity, name, image, and likeness in SWTHZ social media sites and promotional materials, including the brand website(s).

Miscellaneous Provisions. If a provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable in any respect, the enforceability of the provision in any other respect and of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be impaired. This Agreement is binding on you and your guardians, heirs, personal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns. The SWTHZ Parties’ successors and assigns and the Released Parties are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement. The language in this Agreement will be construed according to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any person, and without regard for who was responsible for drafting it. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties regarding its subject matter. This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by the person against whom enforcement is sought."

Includes access to cold plunges, sauna village, fitness zone, and all wellness vendor experiences. GA ticket does not include access to group exercise classes, you must have a specific ticket for classes.
