I understand that participation in Motion Training Club activities—including Hybrid Club, Run Club, and any other fitness sessions or community events held at or in partnership with Workout Harder Fitness—involves inherent risks of injury or harm.

By completing this registration, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities and hereby release, waive, and discharge Motion Training Club, Workout Harder Fitness, and their respective owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation.

I further certify that I am physically able to participate and take full responsibility for my health and safety. I also grant permission for any photos or videos captured during events to be used by Motion Training Club and Workout Harder Fitness for promotional purposes.

By registering, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms.
