We’ll kick things off with an herbal mocktail hour before loosening up with a guided mobility stretch led by Jay. Then, turn up the heat and embrace the cold as you move between the sauna and communal cold plunges during the IcePass Sauna Social. 🔥🧊

We’ll close the evening by slowing everything down with a grounding cacao ceremony and immersive sound bath led by Devin. 🤎🎶
