**Giving Back—How It Works:**

Your ticket includes a donation token, giving you the chance to decide where your impact goes. At check-in, you’ll receive your token to place in one of our charity jars, each representing a different local nonprofit. All funds from the tokens will go directly to these organizations.

So what do you do? Take a moment to read about each nonprofit, then drop your token into the jar that resonates with you. At the end of the event, we will distribute the funds based on the selections.

**Day of:**

**Parking:** there will be valet parking available at the hotel or metered parking near the event (Note: Valet $10 flat fee charged upon arrival)

**Getting there:** You will access the event on the back side of Lido  house, by Crew Coffee (off of 32nd Street)

**What to bring:** a swimsuit & towel if you plan to cold plunge! Interchangeable clothing to recover, recharge, and dance your morning away.

Waiver of Liability and Media Release

I, [Participant's Full Name], hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this waiver of liability ("Waiver") in connection with my participation in any activities organized by the Newport Run Club ("Club"). I understand that engaging in running, jogging, and related physical activities involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, illness, or property damage.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Club's activities, I willingly agree to assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the activities, including, but not limited to, running, jogging, group workouts, races, training sessions, and any other events organized by the Club.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Club, its officers, directors, members, volunteers, agents, representatives, and any affiliated organizations (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, and damages, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Club's activities.

I understand and acknowledge that this Waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of the Released Parties, and any claims for personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses that may arise from my participation in the activities. I understand that this Waiver shall be binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

I certify that I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Club's activities. I agree to immediately inform the Club in writing if any medical condition arises that may affect my participation.

I grant permission to the Club and its representatives to take and use photographs, videos, or other media of me for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Club's website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. I also understand that my photos, videos, and any other media may be used by the Club on its social media channels.

However, I understand that my email address will not be shared on social media but may be shared with the Club's vendors and sponsors, including but not limited to Rivian Automotive, Inc., for marketing purposes.

I understand that this Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [California], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of the Waiver will remain in full force and effect.

By signing this Waiver, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participating in the activities organized by the Club and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

By registering for this event, I authorize Newport Run Club to share all collected information, including my email address, with Rivian Automotive, Inc. and agree to receive marketing emails.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge on behalf of myself and all other individuals in my registered party (including minors) that I have read and fully understood all of the terms of this liability & media release.
