🗣️ Calling Arsenal Parents! 🗣️

Looking for a couple hours away from the kids on a Saturday??

Well we've got the event for you!

On **Saturday, April 12th from 10:00 AM to Noon**, we'll be hosting the first Arsenal Kid's Camp Workout!

The event will be led by member Matt Bickel and Arsenal Coach Danny. Matt has many years of experience providing fun, exciting workout classes and teaching CrossFit to youth and adolescents through the Keala Foundation in Hawaii. Coach Danny was a Camp Counselor and Supervisor for 7 years in Illinois for kids of all ages!

WHAT TO EXPECT?

We'll be playing an array of fitness-based games, including a Superhero-themed boxing workout (safe for kids) before ending with a fun water balloon toss competition!

This event is suitable for kids of **ALL AGES** so don't hesitate to swing by!
