join us for **ASU CHAARG**'s first event of the year with **nomad yoga!**&#x20;

***WHO WE ARE:***

***ASU CHAARG:*** **a new all girls chapter at Arizona State centered around all things wellness!** 'changing health, attitudes, + actions to recreate girls' with weekly workouts, weekly small groups, and even socials!&#x20;

***nomad yoga:** a pop up yoga sculpt studio here in the Phoenix Valley, founded by a recent ASU alumni Abby Bevan! we take your practice outside of the traditional studio, to beautiful local spaces with an incredible community!*&#x20;

**what to expect for class:**&#x20;

* **Wednesday September 3  5:30-6:15PM** &#x20;
* **a 45 minute yoga sculpt class**&#x20;
* **learn about all ASU CHAARG has to offer & meet their members!**&#x20;
* **please arrive 15 min early, with time to find us, check in via QR code, place your mat, & settle in!**&#x20;
* **this is completely free to all, just come check out ASU CHAARG at this introductory event :)**

please bring:&#x20;

* yourself&#x20;
* your yoga mat&#x20;
* water!&#x20;
* maybe a friend, or come & meet some new ones :)
* your QR code ticket (a screenshot will do!)&#x20;
* *\*resistance bands will be provided\**&#x20;

In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
