Are you ready to train like an athlete and move like one, too? Athlete Rewired is a Saturday morning performance training program designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and athletic—whether you’re on the field, the court, the course, or just tackling life’s daily demands. This high-energy session focuses on the three key pillars of athletic movement: Functional Strength (building power you can use), Agility & Conditioning (improving mobility and endurance), and Coordination (sharpening reflexes for better reaction speed). Expect a dynamic mix of bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, agility ladders, and medicine balls to push your limits and rewire your body for peak performance.
