TPC Sugarloaf's par-72, 7,259-yard championship golf course (also known as "The Stables and The Meadows" courses) was crafted to fit harmoniously with its surroundings on the site of the former Rollins Farm. Named by Golf Digest among the "Best New Private Clubs in the U.S." when it debuted in 1997 and by Golfweek among the "Top 100 Best Residential Golf Courses for 2007-2008," the course features tree-lined Bermuda fairways and a challenging layout featuring streams, lakes and hills.

**In consideration of being allowed to participate in events organized by the Player Circle Golf Club, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:**



1. **Release of Liability:**

   I acknowledge that participation in golf events involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I agree that the Player Circle Golf Club, its members, and organizers shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during my participation.



2. **Cheating Policy:**

   I understand that any act of cheating during events is strictly prohibited. If I am caught cheating, I acknowledge that I will no longer be invited to any future Player Circle Golf Club events.



3. **Respectful Conduct:**

   I agree to represent the Player Circle Golf Club as a respectful member, treating all participants, organizers, and the game of golf with dignity and sportsmanship.
