By registering for, attending, or participating in the AVENTURA Movement Experience (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that the Event includes physical activities and fitness exercises, which may include but are not limited to:

Dance and cardio movement
Boxing movements and combinations
Barre exercises
TXR/suspension training
Strength training and resistance exercises
HIIT and other cardiovascular activities
Use of exercise equipment, weights, suspension systems, mats, and other fitness equipment

I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, collisions, dizziness, dehydration, overexertion, changes in blood pressure or heart rate, and other injuries or medical complications.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. HEALTH & FITNESS

I represent that I am physically capable of participating in the Event and that I have no medical condition, injury, or other limitation that would prevent me from safely participating.

I understand that the Event is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I agree to listen to my body and to stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, unusual discomfort, or any other concerning symptom.

I understand that instructors may provide modifications, but I am ultimately responsible for determining whether an exercise is appropriate for me.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and agree not to hold liable Sip & Shine LLC, Power Rumba, their owners, members, employees, instructors, coaches, contractors, volunteers, event partners, affiliates, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.

This release includes, without limitation, claims arising from participation in the fitness activities, use of equipment, interaction with instructors or participants, and conditions of the event premises, except where prohibited by applicable law.

4. EQUIPMENT & FACILITY

I agree to use all equipment responsibly and only as instructed.

I understand that fitness equipment may present risks if used improperly. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors, organizers, venue staff, or other authorized personnel.

I agree not to participate in an activity if I believe the equipment or environment is unsafe.

5. EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Event organizers or their representatives to seek or facilitate emergency medical assistance on my behalf if reasonably necessary.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical, ambulance, hospital, or other healthcare expenses incurred as a result of an injury or medical emergency.

6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the Event.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, social media, and other business purposes.

By participating in the Event, I grant Sip & Shine LLC and Power Rumba permission to use photographs or video footage in which I may appear, without additional compensation, unless I notify the Event organizers otherwise in writing before participating.

8. PARTICIPATION & INSTRUCTIONS

I agree to follow reasonable instructions from instructors, organizers, and venue personnel.

I understand that the organizers reserve the right to ask a participant to stop an activity or leave the Event if their conduct creates a safety concern for themselves or others.

9. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for making choices appropriate to my own fitness level and physical abilities.

I agree to communicate with an instructor if I need a modification or have a concern about an exercise.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have carefully read this waiver and understand its contents.

I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing this document.

I voluntarily agree to the terms of this Participant Waiver, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk.
