ATHLETEX CAPTAINS PRACTICE&#x20;

Join us for a free meet up for light yoga and stretching with other former college and pro athletes at Lincoln Park Field, just south of AIDS Garden near Lake Michigan and Belmont Harbor with our City Captains! ( They are wearing white AthletEX pinnies).

The mobility session will be led by Lauren Caldrone, corepower instructor and former northwestern softball player. She coaches sculpt, flow, and strength classes at the Skokie studio and will be taking the AthletEX community through a flow/core work session!

Feel free to bring your own mat or towel to use, otherwise it will be in the grass!
