B EARLY Saturday Long Run

B EARLY 🐻🌙

 

Our Saturday long run brings the pack together at Cartagena Plaza to build consistency and work toward bigger goals. First-timers are welcome. This is a steady, self-supported run, not a race.

 

Extra miles: meet at 5:20 AM and start at 5:30 AM.

Main run: arrive at 5:50 AM and start at 6 AM.

Pace groups: 9–10 and 10–11 min/mile. Lights OR reflective gear are required. Bring water and familiar fuel.

 

November 21 still runs for those not camping. November 28 is the exception: Cafecito y Amigos with Run Little Havana, 7:30 AM at El Pub, 1548 SW 8th St, replaces B EARLY.
