Come celebrate the **Soft Opening of our Dogpatch Expansion** featuring **4 new outdoor padel courts, 7 outdoor pickleball courts, and Bay Fitness outdoors!**

A full day to **play, move, recover & hang** with the Bay Padel community.

**Your ticket includes:**
Access to the Soft Opening experience from 10 AM–3 PM, with Pilates, Padel & Pickleball sessions, Exhibition March King of the Court games, wellness activations, music, giveaways, and more.

**What’s Happening:**

* **10:00 AM:** Doors open — check in, grab a bite, explore the new space & meet our partners
* **10:30 AM:** Community Pilates *(limited capacity + BYO mat)*
* **11:30 AM:** Exhibition Padel Match & Pickleball Court Open
* **12:15 PM:** Grand Giveaway with amazing products from Wilson, Padelogic, Spa Gift Cards from Reboot Spa, and more.
* **12:30–3:00 PM:** Padel & Pickleball sessions begin — Intros + King of the Court
* **3:00–6:00 PM:** Dogpatch Social

From 3:00 PM, all courts will be available for regular paid bookings.

BAY PADEL DOGPATCH EXPANSION SOFT OPENING — WAIVER & TERMS

TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

1. Assumption of Risk
By attending the Bay Padel Dogpatch Expansion Soft Opening, you acknowledge that participation in recreational, fitness, sports, and social activities carries inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, collisions, contact with sports equipment, physical exertion, outdoor conditions, and injuries associated with padel, pickleball, Pilates, fitness activities, and other event programming.

You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate according to your own abilities and physical condition.

2. Facility & Expansion Area Notice
The event will take place within Bay Padel’s Dogpatch facility and newly expanded outdoor areas. Certain areas surrounding the facility may still have ongoing work, restricted access, uneven surfaces, equipment, or temporary event infrastructure.

Guests must remain within designated event areas and follow all posted signs and staff instructions. By attending, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with these conditions.

3. Sports & Fitness Activities
Participation in padel, pickleball, Pilates, King of the Court, fitness activities, and any other physical programming is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate. You agree to use equipment appropriately, follow instructions from coaches and staff, and stop participating if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.

Some activities have limited capacity and may require a separate reservation. Event admission does not guarantee participation in every activity.

4. Medical Considerations
By participating in physical activities during the event, you acknowledge that exercise and sports may involve strenuous physical activity and risk of injury.

You are responsible for considering any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns that could affect your participation. Bay Padel does not provide medical advice or determine whether an activity is appropriate for you.

5. Outdoor Conditions
Some event activities will take place outdoors. You acknowledge that conditions may include sun exposure, heat, cold, wind, rain, wet or slippery surfaces, and other weather-related conditions.

Event programming may be modified, delayed, relocated, or canceled when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

6. Safety Guidelines & Conduct
You agree to follow all safety instructions, facility rules, activity guidelines, and directions provided by Bay Padel staff, coaches, instructors, and event personnel.

Unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from an activity or the event without refund.

7. Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release claims against Bay Padel, its employees, instructors, coaches, affiliates, representatives, and event personnel for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from the ordinary risks associated with your attendance or voluntary participation in event activities.

This waiver does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

8. Partners, Vendors & Third-Party Activities
The event may include independent food vendors, wellness partners, recovery providers, instructors, brands, and other third parties.

Participation in third-party activities, demonstrations, sampling, treatments, or services is voluntary and may be subject to additional terms or waivers from the provider. Bay Padel is not responsible for products or services independently provided by third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Bay Padel harmless from third-party claims, damages, or reasonable costs arising from your intentional misconduct, violation of these terms, or damage you cause to another person or property.

10. Photo and Video Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These materials may be used on Bay Padel’s social media, website, advertising, or other media without compensation.

If you wish to opt out, please notify staff upon entry. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, complete exclusion from photography or video cannot be guaranteed in shared or public event areas.

11. Ticket & Bay Padel Credit
Tickets are non-refundable. Guests who purchase a $10 event ticket and successfully check in at the event will receive $10 in Bay Padel credit, subject to the applicable credit terms and expiration date.

Event admission, activities, schedules, partners, and programming are subject to change.

12. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By registering for and/or attending the Bay Padel Dogpatch Expansion Soft Opening, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these terms.
You voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with attending and participating.
You agree to follow Bay Padel’s safety rules and staff instructions.
You accept responsibility for your voluntary participation in event activities.
