Join us at sunset for a ***Golden Hour Barre + Pilates Fusion*** class with Coach April.  Get ready to sculpt, lengthen, and reset after a long day. This is your time to slow down, feel strong, and leave lighter than you arrived. All levels welcome.

Grab your mat, resistance band, Pilates ball, water… and your workout bestie! Equipment is limited, so come early to snag a band and ball.

LOCATION: Victory Pointe

**PARKING:** Public lot next to Salt Shack

**WHAT TO BRING**: yoga mat, h20, rubber resistance band (we provide bands first come, first serve), pilates ball (if you have one!)

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in with *SweatPals* QR code, set up your spot, and mingle before class!
