**Bittersweet Slow Flow – Because Life Is Both**

This slow flow class with Jolie explores the beautifully human space where life reveals both its bitter and its sweet. Through intentional, creative, and grounded movement, we move slowly enough to notice the parts of practice (and life) that challenge us and the ones that nourish us.

Expect sequences that vary from strong heat building poses to grounded and restorative options, depending on the week (and maybe the mood of the room). Each class blends breath, mindfulness, and stories - always a reminder that yoga, like life, holds both the sting and the sweetness.

Each week is a little different: one evening might feel strong and fiery, another soft and restorative.

Between the movement, we explore bits of yoga philosophy — ideas like non-attachment, surrender, and letting go — not as rules, but as reminders to enjoy each moment as it comes. There’s room for curiosity, maybe even a little laughter. You might find yourself smiling in chair pose… or not. Either way, you’re practicing what it means to be human.

All levels welcome. Mats and props provided or bring your own.
