By signing this release, I fully understand that I discharge Marathon Sports, LLC. from any and all injuries or losses suffered by me while participating in and traveling to and from any event sponsored by said organization, and its affiliates. 

This includes but is not limited to their coaches, volunteers, sponsors, together with their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting on their behalf, from any and all claims of liability, including claims of negligence from death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature out of or in connection with my participation in the activity provided by Marathon Sports, LLC. 

I attest and verify that I am physically fit and able to take part in the activities organized and put on by Marathon Sports and its affiliates.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Marathon Sports, LLC. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute any photos taken at any associated event for any lawful purpose. In addition,I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

Personal Belongings: I will not hold Marathon Sports responsible for misplaced or stolen personal belongings while participating in any event provided by Marathon Sports or its partner vendors.
