Join certified yoga instructor, Maria Rojas, for an all-levels outdoor yoga class close to the mountains in Martin Park, Boulder! Set to the sounds of nature, with the background soundtrack of ambient, soft music.&#x20;

**Cost**: Pay-what-you-can (suggested $5-$20).
**When**: Tuesdays at 6:00PM
**Where**: Martin Park by the baseball field

I have a handful of extra mats and I will also bring towels, however, they are first come first serve. Space is Limited - save your spot while you can!

What to Bring:
\- A mat or towel
\- Water and sunscreen
\- Layers in case it cools off
\- Bug repellant

This release is entered into between the undersigned and Yoga With Maria and its representatives, and the undersigned hereby acknowledges that the following was explained to me and/or agrees to the following: 

We are Remote Office Yoga, LLC, a Limited Liability Company based in the State of Colorado. In this Waiver, we will refer to ourselves as “Yoga with Maria,” “us,” “we,”  and “our.” We’ll refer to you, the undersigned (electronically or by hand), or the person who has clicked “I Agree” (or something similar) to this Waiver, as “you” or “your.”

1. Acknowledges that we the instructors are not doctors or physicians and are not trained to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or any other type of medical advice. 
2. Acknowledges that if the undersigned has been told that if they feel tired, pain, or discomfort related to the classes, they should contact a medical physician immediately. The undersigned has consulted with his/her medical physician and, to the best of his/her knowledge, is in no way prohibited from participating in a yoga class. 
3. Acknowledges that any pose or physical activity carries the potential for damage or loss of property, severe injury, and death. The undersigned knowingly and voluntarily assumes the risk of participating in a yoga class or physical activity. The undersigned expressly waives, releases, discharges, and agrees not to sue from any liability of personal injury, disability, death, loss of property, or action to the instructors for the undersigned participating in said yoga class or during physical activity. The undersigned agrees that this is the complete agreement between the parties, and the undersigned has entered into this agreement voluntarily and knowingly without force or coercion.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE (for park yoga only)
I give Yoga With Maria the absolute right and permission to use photograph(s) and/or video(s) of me (not online classes) in any media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include (among others) advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, and audio-visual works, and may be cropped, altered, or modified. I understand that it may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, electronic media (e.g. video, Internet), or another form of promotion. I understand the Content will not be sold to a third party. I release Yoga With Maria, the photographer, their offices, employees, agents, and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use. I agree that I have no rights to the Content and all rights to the Content belong to Yoga With Maria. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.
