A Saturday morning guided breath work, cold exposure, and real nervous system recovery followed by time to connect with the room and free B12 shots. , move into the cold plunge together. Guided from start to finish. Everyone leaves with a goody bag from brands we actually vouch for, plus full access to the space.

**11:00am** — guided cold exposure (30 seconds–2 minutes), using breathing exercises to get you through it + B12 Shots

**12:00–12:30pm** — enjoy the space: sauna, red light room, whatever your body's asking for

Participant Liability Waiver & Release

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily participating in the CHILL & BREATH event at CALMA Wellness Lounge, including activities and amenities such as breathwork, meditation, cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, and other wellness activities.

I understand that these activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dizziness, fainting, changes in blood pressure or heart rate, discomfort, burns, cold-related injury, or other injury or medical complications. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless CALMA Wellness Lounge LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, event partners, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the event or use of its facilities and wellness amenities, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be waived.

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether these activities are appropriate for me and agree to stop participating if I feel unwell or unsafe.

IV Therapy – Third-Party Provider

I understand that any IV therapy offered at the event is provided independently by a third-party medical provider and is not provided by CALMA Wellness Lounge LLC. CALMA is not responsible for the medical services, treatment, advice, decisions, complications, or outcomes associated with the IV therapy.

If I choose to receive IV therapy, I understand that I may be required to complete a separate waiver, consent form, medical screening, or other documentation directly with the third-party IV provider.
