**Conscious Connected Breathing** (also known as Circular Breathing) is a powerful practice that uses a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern to guide you into deeper states of awareness, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

Through intentional breathwork, you’ll move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body — helping to release stored tension, reduce anxiety, boost endorphins, and create a sense of grounded clarity. This practice supports deep emotional processing, heightened energy, and a return to inner balance.

After breathwork, we’ll move into a **guided contrast therapy session** featuring a traditional Finnish sauna + cold plunge. This hot/cold immersion stimulates circulation, reduces inflammation, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system — enhancing the effects of your breathwork and leaving you feeling fully reset, clear, and alive.
