All members and experienced practitioners are welcome to join us on the Club Level at NeoVertika.

During these :60 sessions, we settle in, warm up and get right into the practice. Under the careful guidance of your instructor, we'll move through a deep breathwork practice and follow it up with a brisk dunk in our ice bath with beautiful downtown Miami and Brickell morning views.

And, on Wednesdays, its tradition to go out for cafecito after class to spend some quality time and deepen our connections!
