Join us for [International Women's Day](https://www.internationalwomensday.com/) as we honor women's creativity, connection, and joy! 
Together as women we’ll enjoy a stress-free afternoon in the garden while painting, chatting, and sipping tea ☕


we'll increase our endorphins with laughter 😀, oxytocin with building connections 🛠️, serotonin with sunlight ☀️, and dopamine with creating art 🎨



## **What to Expect**

Your hostess will have tables and chairs set up in the backyard with small easels 🖌️ for those who want to paint and plenty of space for anyone who prefers to draw, color, or do any type of craft they prefer.



There will be painting supplies and special "celebration of women" stencils, as well as blank canvases for those who want to freehand/experiment. There will also be paper crafts for those who want to create a card for the women in their lives.



A table will be set up with herbal and caffeinated tea 🍵 and de-alcoholized sparkling wines from [Prima Pave](https://primapave.com/pages/bubbles). Please feel free to bring a snack to share 🥨



## Important Notes



**RSVP Policy:** Anyone who has RSVP'd for an in-home event previously and been a "No-show" will be automatically added to a waitlist to allow other members a chance to attend.



Please respect the time and effort it takes to hold these types of privately organized gatherings, and if your plans change for any reason, a minimum of 24-hour notice is requested.



**Weather:** The event will be inside if the weather turns rainy.

By attending this International Women's Day event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event involves activities including but not limited to painting, crafting, and socializing in an outdoor/indoor residential setting. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or illness.

Health & Safety
I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this event. I agree to immediately inform the host of any injuries, accidents, or health concerns that arise during the event.

Property & Personal Belongings
I understand that the host is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings. I will exercise reasonable care to avoid damaging the host's property and agree to take responsibility for any damage I cause.

Photography & Media
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during this event for promotional purposes related to Renew Collective. I consent to the use of my image in such materials unless I notify the host otherwise.

RSVP Policy
I understand and agree to the RSVP policy requiring 24-hour cancellation notice. I acknowledge that failure to cancel with adequate notice or being a "no-show" may result in being placed on a waitlist for future in-home events.

Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the event host, Renew Collective, Rachel Radcliffe and any associated organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
