📍 Location: Interlaced Studios (5446 US-290 #103, Austin, TX 78735)
This class will challenge you in a good way. We use light weights and repetitive movements to sculpt. You will need light weights, resistance bands, ankle weights and a yoga mat for this class. I always have a little bit of additional equipment. Please let me know if you will be needing it.
