**Casa Connection** — Run or Walk 5 miles, starting at the Casa De Luz East&#x20;

**When:** Sunday, October 19th, 9 AM

**Please arrive at 8:30 a.m.!!**

**What it is:** Start at **Casa de Luz East**, run or walk 5 miles to   Casa de Luz Toomey, enjoy vendors and music, then we **shuttle you back**. Route will be led by pacers!

**Shuttle:** 1 ride back to Casa is included (Return shuttles starting at 10 a.m.)

**Tickets:**

* **$10 Connection Pass (GA):** route support, event access, **1 shuttle ride**, vendors, discounts from village shops, hydrogen water refill. *Yoga/sauna/meal not included.*
* **$25 Nourish Pass (Meal):** Connection Pass **+ Casa Meal Voucher ($16)** (use same day or within 7 days).
* **$25 Recovery Pass (Sauna+Plunge):** Connection Pass **+ Sauna and Cold Plunge** at finish side.
* **$35 Connection • Recovery • Nourish (All-In):** Connection Pass + **Casa Meal Voucher ($16) + Sauna and Cold Plunge**

**Discounted Yoga:** All participants receive a **discount code** for classes at the **either Casa de Luz**  studio (Flow/Third eye or Sukha). Pay the studio directly; **limited seats**.
