Over seven weeks, we’ll explore each chakra through a balanced blend of **traditional Hatha Yoga**, **mindful breathwork**, **meditation**, and **guided self-inquiry**. Each session focuses on one chakra, using intentional movement, postures, and practices designed to **activate, balance, and harmonize** your energetic body. * **Week 5 (11/4/25): Throat Chakra** – Supports honest communication and self-expression.
* **Week 6 (11/11/25): Third Eye Chakra**  – Enhances intuition, perception, and inner wisdom.
* **Week 7 (11/18/25): Crown Chakra** – Connects you to higher states of consciousness and spiritual awareness.
