During this guided clay workshop, you’ll shape your own custom piece while we focus on the mental health benefits of creative expression, mindfulness, and emotional release.



Working with clay naturally lowers stress, improves focus, and helps regulate your nervous system — making this night not just creative, but deeply restorative.
