Anyone can join the club whether you played soccer before or never played. We do not care about where you are from nor how good anybody is. We create an atmoSphere where everyone is welcome to come have fun playing together, working out, and meeting new people. At Sphere we emphasize the human connection. Soccer Session Liability Waiver

Session Location: Cinco Soccer Tampa

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the soccer sessions organized by Sphere Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization"). I am aware that participating in soccer involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Organization, its trainers, coaches, officials, volunteers, and any other participants, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the soccer sessions, including those allegedly attributable to the negligent acts or omissions of the above-mentioned parties.

I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Florida, and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.

I have read and voluntarily sign this waiver and release of liability, and further agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducement apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
