Join us at **Tin Roof Delray** for a high-energy morning that blends fitness, community, and good vibes in the heart of downtown Delray. Flow and strengthen with a  **Pilates Session led by Forme Pilates**, then turn things up with a **HIIT workout by Slash Fitness**. Between workouts, sip **unlimited coffee**, hang with friends, and explore our curated **vendor village** featuring local favorites like **Boca Babes** and **Blenders**, with more to be announced.

The energy continues with a **DJ experience starting at 11:15 AM**, featuring **DJ Corduroy**, followed by a headline set from **DJ Michael London** to carry the vibe through the rest of the morning. This isn’t just a workout, it’s how Saturdays are meant to feel.

You agree to be responsible for your own property. Nothing in this waiver shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law. By submitting this form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age (and competent to provide this waiver) or if under 18 years of age and you have read the waiver and indemnity carefully and understand the Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read this waiver and agree to provide the indemnity requested. You acknowledge that you have agreed to submit your acceptance to this waiver without any inducement, assurance or guarantee, and intend this signing submission to serve as confirmation of your complete and unconditional acceptance of the Terms, Conditions and provisions of the waiver. 

Release of Liability
You hereby release and forever discharge BESPOKE COFFEE LLC from any liability or claims for damages that may arise because of your attendance at COFFEE & VIBES, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of BESPOKE COFFEE LLC.

Indemnity
By participating in the COFFEE & VIBES, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BESPOKE COFFEE LLC, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this indemnity clause. Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge event BESPOKE COFFEE LLC and its entities owners, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which Participant has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against event BESPOKE COFFEE LLC.
