This all-levels flow is designed to celebrate women in movement, community, and business. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding meditation, we’ll create space to reconnect with yourself while honoring the strength and power of women coming together.



Following class, guests are invited to stay and connect while discovering a curated showcase of women-owned brands featuring apparel, shoes, and nourishing offerings.



Expect golden sunset light, uplifting energy, and an intentional atmosphere designed to foster connection, presence, and community.

1. 	PERSONAL DATA

By registering for this event, I consent to the collection and use of my personal data (full name, birth date, email) by Smart Rooms Company USA Corp., Uma House by Yurbban, and Dr. Anne Julia Hagen for:

	•	Event communication and updates

	•	Marketing or promotional materials

	•	Relevant offers

I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting marketing@yurbban.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior data use.

2. 	ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that yoga and wellness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, slips, falls, dehydration, equipment failure, or unforeseen medical conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known or unknown, including those that may arise from the negligence of the Released Parties (defined below).

3. 	RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release, waive, discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the following parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

	•	Smart Rooms Company USA Corp. and Uma House by Yurbban

	•	Dr. Anne Julia Hagen and all instructors, trainers, contractors, and staff

	•	Event partners or sponsors

This release applies to claims for personal injury, property damage, economic loss, or any other damages connected with my participation.

4. 	INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or related to my conduct, negligence, or breach of this agreement.

5. 	CONDUCT & SAFETY

I agree to follow all instructions and recommendations from instructors and event staff. I will not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that could impair my ability to safely engage in the activities.

6. 	IMAGE, MEDIA, AND PARTNER USE

I grant permission for my image, likeness, voice, or recordings at the event to be used by Smart Rooms Company USA Corp., Uma House by Yurbban, Dr. Anne Julia Hagen, and other event partners or sponsors for promotional or commercial purposes in perpetuity, without compensation.

7. 	GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in full effect.

8. 	ONLINE CONSENT / CHECKBOX

By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting my registration, I affirm that I have read and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release. I understand that my electronic signature and consent are legally binding under the Florida Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Fla. Stat. §668.50)
