Start your Sunday with intention at **Community Sound, a free weekly gathering** designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign for the week ahead.

Join us every Sunday at 10:00 AM on the hill at Sugar House Park.

Whether you're coming solo or with friends, Community Sound is an opportunity to meet new people, build meaningful connections, and enjoy a moment of presence through a variation of sound experiences.

Flow 2.0 is facilitated by Ashley Aguirre of Aurea Wellness. This is an intermediate yoga/sculpt class, but all levels are welcome and invited to move at your own pace. Accessibility is our priority.
