The Compassion Collective is a supportive community and referral network for health, wellness, and care professionals. We believe we can serve the Austin community better together through interdisciplinary care. Our mission is to share supportive resources, elevate each other, and create trusted referral partners. Upon arrival guests are invited to enjoy complimentary refreshments and connect with community, followed by a guided practice geared towards caregivers.


**What to Expect**
7:00 - 7:30 PM: Mingle with community and enjoy complimentary refreshments
7:30 - 8:30 PM: Grounding, Yoga Therapy Practice, and Reflection

**What to Bring**
\- Business cards or any networking materials you’d like to share
\- Clothes that are comfortable for you to practice Yoga in
\- A Yoga mat

This event is hosted by Kaytee Hernandez, C-IAYT & Ben Meyers, LPC Associate. Kaytee (she/her) is a Yoga Therapist and the Director of Clinical Yoga Therapy at My Vinyasa Practice. Ben (he/him) is the owner of Trailhead Therapy and provides Therapy services. Kaytee & Ben met at their local yoga studio and have been friends for over five years! They are excited to share how Yoga Therapy can benefit caregivers and their clients.
