Welcome to Conquer + Contrast!
These events always start with some type of movement (changes each time!) then opens up to contrast therapy and various recovery services to enjoy and meet new like-minded people in the the community. Make sure to grab some goodies to take home from our favorite brands!

Schedule:
11 arrival, grab a spot, drinks and fuel up with some goodies
11:15: mat pilates class begins with Arumi
12:15 - end: Sauna + Cold plunge contrast therapy, massages from Neuroflow Somatics Soft tissue and adjustments from Dynamic Sports Medicine, meet and connect with like minded people

Take home a bunch of goodies from our favorite brands!

Bring a towel and change of clothes for sauna and cold plunge, and a yoga mat for class.

You will receive an email with location and parking details when you register! (its in our backyard :) )

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1.	Voluntary Participation
I understand that this is a private, non-commercial gathering hosted at a private residence. My participation in all wellness and fitness activities is entirely voluntary.

2.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that wellness and fitness activities may involve risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strains, accidents, or other injuries. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks and take full responsibility for my participation.

3.	Health Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the activities and have not been advised against participation by a medical professional. I am responsible for monitoring my own health and well-being during the event.

4.	Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release and discharge the event hosts, property owners, instructors, volunteers, and all related parties from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation, including those arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5.	Personal Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for any damages, loss, or injury I may cause to myself, others, or property during the event.

6.	Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hosts, property owners, and any instructors or volunteers from any claims or expenses resulting from my participation.

7.	Media Release 
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the Event to be used by the hosts for personal, non-commercial sharing (e.g., social media, group updates). 

8.	Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily sign it with the intent to release liability.
