Welcome to Conquer + Contrast!
These events always start with some type of movement (changes each time!) We will be doing a Yoga-Pilates fusion this month. Then opens up to contrast therapy and various recovery services to enjoy and meet new like-minded people in the the community. Make sure to grab some goodies to take home from our favorite brands!

Schedule:

12:30 arrival, grab a spot and one of our drinks to fuel up&#x20;

12:40: pilates/yoga fusion class begins with Shayne

1:40 - end: Sauna + Cold plunge contrast therapy, chair massages from Evolve Cryo + Wellness, Soft tissue and adjustments from Dynamic Sports Medicine, Mobile IV therapy from IV Bird, meet and connect with like minded people. Grab some goodies to try out + take home and enjoy from C4, Ora Organic, Gruns, PaleoValley, & Nebula Snacks.

Bring a towel and change of clothes for sauna and cold plunge, and a yoga mat for class.
