Join us for a 45 minute Mommy & Me Pilates class designed for all ages and stages - babies, toddlers, expecting moms, and anyone in their postpartum era. This class is a space to move, connect, and build community with other local moms.

Bring your mat, your baby, and come start your morning with movement, sunshine, and connection.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that participation in Core & Cradle Mommy & Me Pilates classes involves physical activity that carries a risk of injury to both myself and my child(ren). I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of these risks and accept full responsibility for any injury, harm, or loss that may occur.

2. Responsibility for Child(ren)

I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and well-being of my child(ren) at all times during the class/event. I understand that the instructor and Core & Cradle are not responsible for supervising my child(ren) or any incidents that occur with my child(ren).

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Core & Cradle, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with my or my child(ren)’s participation in the class/event, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

4. Medical Clearance

I certify that I and my child(ren) are physically able to participate in this class and have consulted a physician if necessary. I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, or any injury resulting from equipment or exercises.

5. Photo and Video Consent

I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media recordings taken during the class/event for Core & Cradle promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. I understand that I will not receive compensation for such use.

6. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
