Led by **Kristin Weitzel** | certified *Aufguss Master*, contrast therapy facilitator, and consultant with **Othership.** You’ll be guided through each round with expert cues to unlock the full potential of heat, cold, and breath.

**Friday | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM**

* Arrival + Welcome (15 min)
* **3 Rounds of Sauna + Cold Plunge Flow (75 min total)**
* Closing Reflection (10 min)
* **Optional Social Hangout until 9 PM** — stay, connect, and enjoy the vibe
