AthletEX is partnering with ONE8 for our next 3-month Captain's Practice training block in Denver! Join us for Team Lift, a biweekly strength and conditioning session built for former college and pro athletes who want consistent training and a team to show up for.



Each session runs about 45 minutes to an hour, led by the ONE8 coach and former college baseball player Ethan Widoff, followed by social time to connect with the group after you train.&#x20;



ONE8 is a brand new 20,000+ square foot facility near Sloans Lake, featuring a full recovery center and a coworking + coffee shop on site.



**THE GAMEPLAN:**
🏋️ 45-60 minute strength and conditioning session led by the ONE8 coaching team
🤝 Social time after the lift to connect with the group

🧊 Access to ONE8's recovery center, sauna, cold plunge, and showers
🔁 Train alongside the same group of former athletes, building real consistency

❎ Discounted access to One8 ongoing memberships outside of AthletEX programming
